An existing house on a large block made way for two new homes after the land was subdivided. The Seven Hills house shown sits on an irregular shaped small lot which included an existing swimming pool. The solution is a three storey layout incorporating five bedrooms plus a study and generous living spaces. Considerate planning of spaces and openings make the house bright and airy.
