Four freehold townhouses are provided on this 32 perch site which originally housed an old Queenslander located in a Demolition Control Precinct. The solution provides private external courtyards which soften the transition between the driveway and the entrance to all dwellings in turn providing a greater sense of privacy and autonomy. All dwellings have open plan living spaces which flow out to north facing courtyards providing the best possible aspect and creating a feeling of space.
